Let's Talk Boots!

It’s finally boot season! I don’t know about you ladies, but I’ve been waiting for this day to come! Boot trends come and go, but today I want to focus on the classic go-to boot styles and how to keep them looking brand-spankin’ new!

A popular trend we see every fall/winter are combat boots. They give an edgy look, while being extremely comfortable and practical for this Cleveland weather! I love these boots in particular because of the coloring and mix of textures. For a change, the olive tone is on the cooler side of the color spectrum. The mixture of patent leather, suede and fabric also takes this look to a whole new level. Pair combat styles with a skinny jean or legging to keep your legs looking long and slim. Doing this will help balance out the chunkiness of the boot on bottom.

Everyone needs a comfy boot they can just throw on and do their daily errands in and this is that boot! I’m not lying when I say these boots are so comfortable, they feel like slippers. The wool lining keeps your feet nice and warm, while the softness makes it easy to pull on and off.

This boot height is probably the most popular for fall/winter. I love the structure of this boot. The height in the front gives the classic style a more elevated and interesting look. The suede in the back is stretchy, which helps with fit issues in the calf. Personally, I have a small foot and a bigger calf, so these boots are perfect because the suede stretches and hugs the calf perfectly. (Bonus, these boots are already weather-proofed!)

A dressier boot option is the over-the-knee boot. I was amazed when I tried these gorgeous suede boots on. They are surprisingly comfortable! The heel height is perfect and the boot itself is stretchy so it pulls on like a glove! They also have memory gel inside the sole for extra comfort as well. The slim look of the boot makes your legs look AMAZING and it comes up to just above the knee. These shoes pair perfectly with dresses, leggings and even jeans!

We ALWAYS recommend spraying your shoes! Especially with this Cleveland weather, you’ll want to make sure that they are protected.

Vectra Spray is amazing and so easy to use. You only have to spray once a season and it’s not only great on shoes, but handbags, coats and all fabrications as well as leather and suede! And even better, it’s always in stock!

Happy Shopping! 💜
